Education
We are dedicated to reaching out to our community's youth.  TU member Jeff Peake, 4th grade teacher at Mountain View Elementary School, is in his second year of the Trout in the Classroom.  This project gets students involved in raising trout from eggs and releasing them in a local river.  Visit our TIC website at MassanuttenTIC.  Look at photos of the 2007 Fish Release.  Click here for a TIC update and dates for fish release.

Currently, our chapter is working on funding a Trout in the Classroom project in a middle school in Rockingham County.

Conservation
Our chapter is making plans on how to better protect our state's largest brook trout river, Dry River.   Click here for updates on Beaver Creek conservation updates.
